General CLE Information

• Seminars Credits: Only Virginia Credits and Certificates of Attendance will be offered for our CLEs. 
  
  
• CLE Materials: If you are registered to attend a CLE seminar, you will receive, via the email you provided, a link to download the materials that will be used at the seminar. Materials are sent prior to the CLE. 
  
  
• Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a seminar, please contact our office at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled CLE seminar.  Refunds will not be issued if cancellation is less than 24 hours prior to the seminar.  Please note that if you cancel your registration after materials have been emailed, a materials fee will be deducted from your total refund.

•  CLE Seminar Passports: Passports may be used for morning and evening CLEs up to one year from the date of purchase. F ill out and send in the Seminar Passport Form.
  
  Passports are available for MEMBERS ONLY at the following rates:
  
         New Practitioners:  $110 for 4 seminars (pass must be used by purchaser only)
         Members:  $220 for 4 seminars (pass must be used by purchaser only)
         Law Firms:  $550 for 10 seminars
  
  **Please note the following exclusions: Full Day seminars/Symposiums, Rita Rosenkrantz Training and all Annual Meeting seminars.**

    Day Seminars:
       New Practitioners/Members $20
       Non-Members $25
       Law School Student Member No Fee

    Evening Seminars:
       New Practitioner $40
       Member $70   
       Non-Member $125    
        Law School Student Member No Fee
