Active Regular -- an attorney licensed (over 5 years) in Maryland
Associate -- an attorney (not licensed in Maryland) in practice over 5 years who is deemed to be appropriate for
     membership as determined by the Executive Committee
Associate New Practitioner -- an attorney (not licensed in Maryland)  in practice under 5 years who is deemed to be
     appropriate for membership as determined by the Executive Committee
Government Attorney -- an attorney licensed in Maryland employed by a State or County Government Agency
Inactive -- a former member of the Bar Association of Montgomery County, MD who is not currently practicing law
Judicial -- a Judge of the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland, any Federal Court or
     court of record of Maryland, Montgomery County Circuit Court Judge, Montgomery County District Court Judge or
     Domestic Relations Master
Law School Student -- Any currently enrolled Law Student at any ABA Accredited Law School or ­any graduate of an
     ABA Accredited Law School who is not yet licensed to practice law in any state of the United States of America
     or its territories
MC States Attorney -- Over 5 Years in Practice -- an attorney licensed (over 5 years) in Maryland who is employed by
     the Office of the County Attorney for Montgomery County
MC States Attorney -- Under 5 Years in Practice  -- an attorney licensed (under 5 years) in Maryland who is employed
     by the Office of the County Attorney for Montgomery County

     an attorney newly admitted to the Maryland Bar (with Maryland being the 1st state admitted in)     
New Practitioner -- an attorney licensed in Maryland who has been in practice under 5 years
